FAQs

Do I have to create an account and log in?
You can browse without creating an account. However, you do have to create an account before you can check out and pay. Once you create an account, you can simply log in and shop without needing to indicate your country. If you shop without logging in, you'll be prompted to log in at checkout time.
Why do I have to choose a country?
The country and region where the product is shipped determine currency, sales taxes, and value-added taxes (VATs), if any. It is important that you choose a country so you can view prices in the appropriate currency. If you're buying products for delivery to a different country, choose the country where products will be received or downloaded. Note that all items in an order must be shipped to the same address. You can easily change countries from any screen. Just click Change Country near the top of the screen.
What is the Shopping Basket?
The Shopping Basket shows how many products you have selected and their total cost. You don't actually purchase these products until you check out.
How do I pay ?
You can pay online with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit or debit card. Other cards, PayPal, or similar online "wallets" cannot be used at this time.
How long does it take to verify my status?
Allow about one business day for validation to be verified. If you order on a Friday, validation might not happen until Monday.

Shopping - General

How does online shopping work at the Decisioneering Web store?
Our store is similar to other online stores:
Choose a product type at the top of the store window to view the store catalogue for that product. Browse the store and add products to your Shopping Basket. At any time, you can click My Shopping Basket at the top of the page to see what you have selected.
On the Shopping Basket page, click Proceed To Checkout to enter shipping, billing, and payment information. Click the button at the bottom of each page to move on to the next page.
Required taxes and discounts, if any, appear on the Order Confirmation page. Click Place Order to process your order. When the Order Confirmation page appears, it should show the Status as Completed. Print the page for future reference. If there was a processing error, contact Decisioneering as described here to complete the order.
Can I view my past orders placed on your Web store?
Yes. Just log in and click View Orders Info. Then, click View Order History and choose an order number. Once you have viewed the Order Confirmation page for an order, it appears in the Order History list, even if the order is not completed yet.
Checking Out and Paying

Can I be sure my information, including credit card number, is protected when making purchases on your store?
Yes. We don't save credit card information for future use. Any historical information is encrypted and can't be interpreted through ordinary file viewing methods. For non-electronic purchases, all staff involved in financial transactions maintains strictest confidentiality at all times.
What is a credit or debit card CVN (Card Verification Number)?
The Decisioneering Web Store accepts only Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit or debit card numbers with valid CVNs. A CVN is a number on the back of your card that helps ensure security. While card numbers and expiration dates are relatively easy to obtain without permission of the card holder, usually someone must have physical possession of the card to enter the CVN.
Shipping and More (After You Buy)

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
It is possible that our email server is down. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you. To confirm your order online, follow the instructions here.
When can I expect to receive shipped items?
Unless you have selected Priority Overnight shipping, allow one business day for order processing. Then, allow the number of days expected for the selected shipping method.
Managing Your Login Account

Is there a preferred email address I should use when setting up my account?
Your account email address is used for communicating information about your order. You should be able to easily access your email.
How do I change my email address or password?
To change your email address or password, log in with your current email address and password and choose View Account Info in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, choose Change E-mail or Password and follow the onscreen instructions.
I forgot my password. How can I log in?
On the Welcome page, click Log in To Your Account. Enter your email address. Then, click Forget Your Password? Enter your email in the next screen and a new password will be emailed to you.
